Fake Walgrams Pharmacist to the Rescue!

Why must Joy call it "Walgrams"?  I swear, it threw me off . . . or maybe I'm just looking for an excuse, I mean, I stumble over ONE word and the lady behind me cackles like she caught me with my pants off.  Ahh well, gotta love Joy, she's amazing.
